Asparagus is easy to make and cooks in a few minutes. It make a delicious Chinese style stir-fry with beef, garlic, ginger, onions, and soy sauce. Grilled asparagus takes ajust a few minutes on the BBQ. Brush with extra virgin olive oil, fresh grated lemon zest, sea salt, and pepper. Grill for a few minutes per side and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Healthy Green Drink
To make a delicious green drink using celery, wash and cut up 2 green apples, 2 carrots, 4 stalks of celery, 2 cucumbers, and 3 slices of fresh ginger. Put everything through a juicer and serve. This juice keeps well in the refrigerator for a few days.
